Farcia is a Black Belt trained and licensed Nia instructor teaching since 2002.
Rondy developed his enthusiasm for Yoga through years of participating in sports. As an ex-collegiate athlete he has tried to incorporate his experience with overall body conditioning to promote health. Balance in life is key! Yoga and nutrition have become key components in balancing life experiences. His overall philosophy is simple. He believes balance is key to optimal health.
Alexis will be guest teaching Nia for Farcia at Anasa Yoga on Friday, April 12 and 19, 2019 from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
